This is arguably the most original Harry-Wins-but-is-Devestated-and-Goes-Back-or-Somewhere-Else tales I've read. It definitely is one of my all time favorites in that category.

You introduce an amazing number of unique constructs and concepts such as the government as it is, and how and why Purebloods are afraid of Muggles and have insolated themselves from them.

Several ideas are loosely similar to ones I already have outlined for my story. However, one of your ideas, Harry's security company, I've not thought of, and I might ask you if I may borrow it. Maybe not; I'll decide later.
