Great stuff. Loved the fake diary! How many people get a chance to prank a dark lord? Only one inconsistency, I believe Terry Boot and Mandy are both originally Ravenclaws. You had one going to Hufflepuff. It will be interesting to see where you go with the rest of the first year. A kinder gentler Snape?
