First off, the format is practically unreadable. Sometimes I can't tell when action ends and speech begins. Plus, telling readers to picture it as if it were like the second Inuyasha movie is basically admitting you are too lazy to write a detailed description, so you hope that people have seen the movie and therefore know what you are talking about - never mind the people who only watch the series/read the manga and haven't seen any of the movies.
That said, there are not enough stories in which Inuyasha realises his words actually hurt Kagome's feelings. Usually they just spat and it's over with. This is quite a fresh spin on the Inu/Kag relationship (something the pairing is in dire need of). I would love to re-read this in a different format sometime in the future.
