Sad about Thundercloud. I quite liked him. I have to say, besides Harry, Kwan is my favorite character. Kudo's to you for the many diffrent and compelling characters you have created.
I don't for a minute however believe Dumbledore's sincere with his apologies to Harry, the only part I believe is his saying how distraught Lupin is at what he did. The Weasleys and Hermione? Pffft! Like the concept of right and wrong does not apply to them! And My mother would say: (or paraphrase) "If Dumbledore told you to jump off a cliff, would you?"
Great fight scene. Looking forward to your solution towards the daemon. Maybe a bit of Old Testament would work, but would any one there know about that? At least it seems quite logical to me. Anxiously awaiting the next installment.

Again, sorry for the delay in responding. Chapter 22 will be out this weekend and I think you'll be pleased with the epic battle of the story. For the other answers about the people back in England well that's for the sequel to answer.~Jim
