(Please excuse the following outburst: I just don't like Qui-Gon under even the most normal of circumstances and his saintliness manages to hit every single blamed one of my buttons here.)
Oh, bulls*it! Chosen One my arse! Perhaps if you mealy-mouthed hypocritical inept incompetent Jedi Masters had gotten off your holy hineys and actually tried to uphold your own Order's freakin' mandate, Vader wouldn't've bloody well had to BE the blasted scrouge of god for the GFFA! On the other hand, the bit about how he sees the cliff is awfully intriguing and it is rather fascinating to see how Luke is progressing/maturing at a quicker rate than normal.
