So... This is an 'independent!Harry' story. Okay, they can be good and they can be very interesting, because I have always subscribed to the theory that Dumbledore is too certain of his own wisdom and that blinds him to things that do not match up with his plans.
I presume that you are planning for this to have some Harry/Fleur moments. Well, that might be interesting - Harry getting a woman who is, by definition, irresistable, could make for some interesting interactions with his male friends.
