I absolutely loved this line : "But that would be like sinking down to her level, trying to get rid of the pain by hurting himself more."
He's so right and thank god you made him use his head. I hope he doesn't give up on her because if something bad(like death) would happen to her he'd feel like the guiltiest man on earth for letting it happen.
The lyrics were good too. Made it seem like time stopped during his thoughts.
