Would help the bit at the end if you italicized the journal entry. Also, might be better if you skipped the access to Harry's money, especially beyond D. (After all, if you were told by your bank that one of their employees was bribed to let many people take money from your account, would you trust that bank ever again?)
If this the summer after OOtP would also help if at the top of the story you mention that, so there is no question of when.
