God yes. Yes yes YES. A well-written Cid story, and one that doesn't have him screwing fucking Vincent to boot! Very nice original idea, good clean writing style - I like it a lot.
There ARE a few nitpicks with your language here and there, but that's all they are, nitpicks. Keep up the good work.
