I like the story however I noticed an amusing mistake regarding timeline in it. They go for their talk straight after dinner exchange maybe 40 words before he he sends Ron and Ginny off to Gryffindor tower because its almost curfew. So either its an early curfew or late dinner (personally I estimate dinner to be around 6 and curfew around 11)

Well, it's not really a mistake, as I wrote he meets them after dnner, but I didn't say immediately after, and I place curfew more around nine. Or just asume Harry just wanted to send them away.
