I like the story and all, but you make a lot of misspellings. such as this small paragraph from ch. 15.
"They are right Harry." said Viktor "This war is the reason that I have been training so hard, because I new that I would have to pick a side and after hearing about Gabrielle I new that side was not Dumbledore's."
When Victor says he new something, it should be spelled "knew". That would be the proper form of the word, and I believe you used no instead of "know" as well. You might be correct later on in the story, I'm only up to ch. 15, but I just thought you'd appreciate knowing. Great story though, keep it up.
