First let me thank you for a good story so far. You're good at painting the mood in the scenes.
What was behind her mother's death? Were they after Evie (too) -- a bit like how Voldemort was after Harry? Will they find out Evie is alive and try again?
I hope we'll follow Evie -- either in this story or in sequels -- into adulthood (or late teens). Not that I don't like her as a child, but Harry will face even more challenges with her as a older child/teenager.
Although it's obviously a 1:1000000 shot (unless there are things we -- the reader -- doesn't know yet), I hope Evie turns out to be a witch... could certainly be fun when they contact them to tell Evie is a witch, beleving Mr. Evans to be a muggle.
I would love if somehow Harry's past sneak back upon him -- and perhaps he (they) even have to return to the UK. I also hope he'll eventually will need to explain some things to his mates.
