To Rewrite History

Okay, yes this OOC. I can accept that. But to say that parts of Harry's personality were excised when he was sorted into Gryffindor is just too weird. That is to turn the house traits into the worst sort of stereotype. The sorting does not warp a person's personality to fit the house. Rather the hat sorts based on a person's dominant traits or interests. The notion that Harry had less brains or ambition because he's in Gryffindor is rather absurd (as is the notion that Harry could have been in Slytherin; nothing in canon suggests that -- in Book 1 the hats comments are a response to Harry's mental chant not an indication of where the hat wants to put Harry; the hat's statement that he would do well in Slytherin could be read that Harry could be sorted into Slytherin or it could, perhaps in light of later hat songs as well as the outcome of the sorting better, read as a cautionary statement on the hat's part)
Well, enough of a rant on your author's note. I'm more interested in knowing where the rest of the story is. You indicate a third year where Harry befriended Millicent and Ted and studied arithmancy and runes on the side. Is that just setting or is there an actual story written for that year. The way the story starts it feels like a continuation of something. But there doesn't seem to be an earlier years on this site (unless you're picking up something someone else started writing). If its even half as good as this story is (as AU and OOC as it is), I would be interested in reading it.
