You say "her portion say untouched" but you don't say which her, and that may be important if this is hinting at what I think it's hinting at.

Would the scent make her dizzy or sick to her stomach. Women often find that bitter things taste more bitter -- an adaptation against eating toxic things.
"putting a hand on her own stomach" This may be too obvious if you're trying to hold the surprise until the end. Isn't Charlotte supposed to be on her way too?
Ah, poor Bingley. He's too nice to get away from his sister on his own, so Darcy has to invent some plausible reason for them to stay away?

Nope, I don't say which "her". A deliberate ambiguity, although most would likely attribute it to Jane, since she was the last person referenced and the next to speak.

I'm not terribly worried at spoiling the "surprise". It's not a Sherlock Holmes mystery, after all. Part of the whole point would be in the soothing predictability of a happy ending.
