Nice chapter, you've set the stage for Snape to not only see the errors of his past but also begin to see a possible future.
You've also put Z in the position where Harry can be reunited with Hermione and Luna. But how much of all this does McGonagall know?

McGonagall knows the outline of Z's story (she wouldn't have hired him blind). She will know the trio are becoming close.
