Elena and Ember were sitting in Elena's room. She was starring at a picture of her immediate 'family'. Elena was an only child. Her parents split when she was only 3 months old. She didn't know who her father was.(on to the story) She was starring at the picture that contained a baby(herself), a woman(her mom), and a man(her dad), but it was only the body of the guy. No head. She didn't understand why her mother ripped his head off though.

"Elena, you ok?"asked Ember watching the girl with tears starting to drip down her face.

"Ya," she responded in a whisper, wiping away her tears.

Ember got up from the floor that she was previously laying on and sat next to Elena on her bed, and starting rubbung her back.

"Elena, it's ok. You'll be a family again, ot at least see hem one day,"said Ember trying to sooth her best friend.

"I hope you're right Ember, I really do. I really don't want to grow up anymore without my dad. I bet you he's better than the fucker my mom married!"

"I agree with you there. He used to be so nice, until your mom cheated on him of course. Now he just drinks and drinks. He doesn't fucking know when to stop!"

"Yup. At least he doesn't abuse me, at least... not yet."

"And if he ever does I will come to the rescue and you can live with me. My parents adore you. And my brother has a MAJOR crush on you!"

"REALLY?! I mean...oh ok..." said Elana growing bright red.

"Haha! You like my brother?! That means you like me, too!!Just Kidding! You guys would be so perfect for each other! He will be so happy!

"No! Don't tell him, please!"

"Awww! Why not?"

"Because, you know I'm not good with relationships!"

"El,you haven't even been in a relationship!"

"Exactly!"

"Well, I don't know why because you are smexy!"

"I made it up! It's smart and sexy!" said Ember proud of her new word.

"Wow...clever.." said Elena sarcastically.

"Your just jelouse(sp?)'cause I made up a new word and you didn't!" said Ember sticking her tounge out.
