As a hotel manager, especially one of a top 5-star hotel in Los Angeles, you have to keep up the hotel's good reputation and satisfy the customers, give them what they want, and provide the very best customer service possible. Never argue with the customers, always try to see from their own point of view and be tolerant.
That's what Stella Kincaid had to do in Hotel Babylon, a branch of the main Hotel Babylon in London. It's not an easy job, especially when you are a woman and you are beautiful, just like Stella herself. There are many times, she gets pressurized and frustrated, not because of the pathetic customer complaints. It's because the amounts of perverts, men and drunks that would love to get a piece of her, and she gets smacked on the butt a lots of times.
Stella splashed her sleepy face with refreshing, icy cold water, and she woke up at that point. She grabbed a towel by the side rake, dried clean, and looked at her own mirror reflection. Her strawberry blond hair hang straight down to her shoulders.
"Got to steady up. Work for the whole day." Stella said aloud to herself.
She then went to have a quick refreshing shower, and quickly got dressed into a white shirt, black skirt and black smart jacket, which really show her slender body with the curves and all.
She knows that there's a huge customer coming in today; My Chemical Romance-the five lads along with their manager and tour crew will be here. She has to make herself look representative and she has to continue her work and duty as a hotel manager. She left her hotel suite room, and went downstairs to the entrance hall. She met up with her fellow departments' heads-Wesley, Jason, Donnie, Kevin, Leah, Natalie, Monica and Rachel at the reception desk.
"Right? You guys ready for work?" Stella asked.
"Yes, we all are." Leah replied, smiling.
Stella just smiled and nodded.
"You alright? You look a little pale." Wesley, the vice manager said.
"I'm fine, just a bit tired. I guess." Stella replied.
"Well, we've got a long day ahead of us. We've got one big client,customer coming today, we don't want to mess this up." Wesley said.
"We had never messed up." Stella stated.
"Of course. I mean...eh...you know what I mean." Wesley said.
"Yeah." Stella said.
"Can you believe it? My Chemical Romance are coming today!!!" Monica stated excitedly.
"I know! Oh god! I can't wait to meet them! All of them!" Rachel said excitedly, almost hyperventilating.
"What's the fuss? Jeez..." Stella asked with annoyance.
"Oh, Stella. It's My Chemical Romance! The big famous rock band!!!" Natalie said.
"So?" Jason asked.
"The lead singer-Gerard is soooo cute! So hot and sexy!!!" Rachel stated happily.
"I guess he will probably be asking for the penthouse floor. Well, get everything ready." Stella stated, ignoring the excitement.
Stella walks away with Wesley, shaking her head. Wesley saw it and chuckled.
"Girls...huh?!" Wesley said.
