My Friend, My Lover
Chapter 4: Coming Together
*************************************************
The rest of the week was a blur for Jean Grey as her mind was left with plenty of things to ponder. Having made her choice after countless arguments with herself, Jean was left to deal with an even greater challenge...Seeing it through. It was one thing to decide that she was going to break up with Duncan and have sex with Scott, but was quite another to actually carry out such a task. She couldn't just walk up to him and say, 'Hey, I know we're best friends and all and have been that way since we were twelve, but I was wondering if you'd like to put all that on the line and have sex with me?' No...She had to go about this very carefully. She had to plan for the right moment, say the right things, and go about it in a proper manner.
Then again, how does one go about asking their best friend to have sex with them? How does one go about starting this 'friends with benefits' deal? That was what had kept Jean occupied for the rest of the week and ever since Wednesday when she decided on it, she had been thinking about how she was going to do this. She had gone over countless scenarios in her head, considering each and every one of them from every possible angle in hopes of determining the best course of action for her to take. Yet deciding on something like this was no easy task to say the least and she quickly found herself bogged down with possible pitfalls and uncertainties.
On several occasions, she reconsidered her choice, but with the memory of her vivid dreams and her ever rabid sex drive still going strong, she managed to stay true to her decision and planned to see it through. It was just so difficult, for no matter how complicated this issue was, there was still one constant she wanted to maintain through it all...Her friendship with Scott. If they did this, she didn't want it to affect things between them. She wanted her and Scott to remain best friends like they always had and no matter how things turned out, she didn't want to lose that. But in remembering the advice Ororo had given her about this matter, Jean Grey truly wanted to make it work. And besides, just because she and Scott had sex with each other didn't mean their friendship had to change...Did it?
Add to that, there was also her relationship with Duncan to consider as well as Scott and Taryn's. If she was going to do this, it had to end. She couldn't keep up with this man any longer. He was just too demanding, too arrogant, and too self centered. She had to end it...There was no way around it. But what about Scott and Taryn? All week she had seen those two bickering and already she was getting rumors and signs of them breaking up or at least taking a break from one another. That would work out well if it happened, but if it didn't, then how was she going to work around it?
Jean wasn't sure about any of this really, but the only way she would find out is after it was over. And for that reason, she spent much of her timey deep in thought, going through all the possibilities over and over again in her head. Luckily, things at school and at the mansion seemed to lighten a bit as the week progressed. Restlessness pervaded all throughout the mansion...Even to the New Mutants, who didn't give her as hard a time for a change. Everybody seemed to be looking forward to the weekend and Jean was no exception...Only in her case, she had much different reasons.
This weekend would offer her a narrow window to make her move. The New Mutants were going on a camping trip with Beast and there wouldn't be nearly as much homework to deal with since they had already turned so much stuff in throughout the week. This would probably be the only time she had to work with in order to set things up and make it over that first major hurdle. After that...Well, she hadn't really thought that far ahead. For the time being, it was probably a better idea to just take it one step at a time...Hoping that whatever came about through all this would be work out in the end.
And in order to set everything into motion, she would have to start with the first step...Breaking up with Duncan Matthews.
*************************************************
"Babe! Hey babe, wait up!" yelled Duncan as he tried to catch up with Jean as she left the cafeteria.
'Oh boy,' she thought, 'Here it comes. Oh well...Better get this over with.'
Jean stopped as she turned to face the star jock. As she expected, he had a rather irritated look on her face. It wasn't the best of moods for a breakup, but she had to do this. If she was going to keep her sanity and find balance in her life, this man had to go.
"There you are!" said Duncan, standing before her with a rather unpleasant expression on his face, "Where were you today?! I thought you were going to eat lunch with me and the boys so we could discuss our little get together next week?"
"Sorry, but I ate with my friends today," she told him plainly, "Kitty needed help with her English homework and..."
But Duncan didn't even let her finish. He just went off on one yet another rant in an irritated rage.
"Oh bullshit, Jean! You blew me off exactly like you've been blowing me off all week! Don't deny it! I know the signs!"
Jean was seriously not in the mood for this. Even if there was some truth to his words, the truth wasn't enough to salvage them at this point. She had hoped to sit down with him and have a nice, civil conversation about their relationship, but now that was all but impossible. She didn't want this on a week like this...She was stressed enough as it was. And if this was how it was going to end, then so be it.
"Damn it, Duncan! I'm NOT lying this time!" she spat in response.
"Oh, so you were lying every other time this week?"
"What?! No! Now you're just putting words in my mouth!"
"Come on, Jean! What do you take me for, a moron?"
Jean was tempted to say 'yes' to that, but she chose not to because she didn't want this to get violent...Especially given her volatile powers.
"Duncan...Please, let's not do this. Let's just talk about this and..."
"Talk? Talk?!" exclaimed Duncan, "Jean, you've been blowing me off all fucking week! I try to call you, I try to talk to you, I try to work things out, and all you do is throw it back at me like everything's my fault!"
"Well it's not like that isn't the case more often than not!" spat Jean, once again losing her cool and foregoing the 'gentle letdown' as she had planned.
Duncan was a little shocked by Jean's sudden rise to anger since she was usually one to be a bit more smug about things like this, but he persisted.
"Oh, so you admit it...You blame me for everything," he insinuated, sounding victorious in his poise, "You think that everything bad that happens with us is my fault. I try to open things up between us, and you just push away. Is that it, Jean? Is that how it is?"
Jean's eye was practically twitching with anger at this point. She couldn't believe that this man had the nerve. It was bad enough that he was doing this in the middle of a very stressful time for her, but to go this far and cast everything on her...That was the last straw. That was it for her...They were officially over.
"Fine! You know what? You're right...It is my fault. It's my fault you never take ANYTHING seriously...It's my fault you're never honest with me...It's my fault we never sit down and talk about us instead of just you! It's all my fault you're a selfish, arrogant, jerk! And because of that, I think I'll do us both a favor...I'm ending this! Right here...Right now."
Duncan's eyes widened with shock. Had he just heard right? Had a girl officially broken up with him? Had the laws of nature suddenly shifted? No girl broke up with him...It was supposed to be the other way around. And he hadn't even gotten her into bed yet...This couldn't be happening...Not to him.
"You're breaking up with me?!"
"Yes, I'm officially breaking up with you Duncan...Plain and simple," said Jean, her tone firm and assertive, "If I'm the problem, then I guess I'm doing you a favor...I'm ending this relationship. So there...We're through...It's over...End of story."
And with that, she stormed off...Still feeling furious with anger, but relieved that it was finally done. But Duncan still remained, looking full of both shock and anger. He couldn't believe it...He, Duncan Mathews, had been dumped by some prude redhead. He had tried to be patient with her, but she just rejected any attempted he made to get closer and make his move. His usual ways with women didn't seem to apply to this girl and it just made his blood boil. And before Jean could disappear from sight, he gave her one last message.
"This isn't over, Jean..."
But the redhead didn't even cast him a second glance. She was just too irritated to care. Sure, she was glad she had broken up with him, but she hated that it had gone so badly. It was just more stress that she didn't need, but at least the first step to her decision was down...Now it was a matter of actually carrying this out with Scott.
*************************************************
News of Jean's breakup with Duncan quickly spread throughout the school and was pretty much the only topic of conversation for the rest of the week. Naturally, it didn't take long for rumors about the breakup to spread, namely from Duncan. He began sneaking in details like how he had caught her kissing another guy or how she had gone nuts on PMS. And while she was glad to have such an ill matched relationship behind her...It wasn't doing her stress levels any good as the week progressed. And she had enough on her mind as it was, so the tension just kept building up.
Finally, after a long, hard week of tests, breakups, and many other complications too vast to list, Friday had descended upon them. The day went fairly quickly for Jean even though she had a major English paper due and a test in History. It was almost too quickly in some ways because she knew that once the weekend began...She would have to make her move. She still hadn't decided just how she was going to do this, but she would have to make her decision soon if she was going to make this happen.
'God...What a week,' she thought to herself as she threw a few of her textbooks into her locker and gathered the things she would need for the weekend, 'But at least it's over. Except now I'll have to deal with even more shit this weekend. Ugh...Why can't it just be over?'
Jean let out a deep sigh as more anxious thoughts coursed through her head, wondering just where this weekend would lead her if she truly did go through with this. Now that she and Duncan were broken up, she could finally focus on her next, abet more difficult task of handling her sex drive, but going over all the possibilities was a lot more difficult than she ever could have imagined.
Then, as she was about to close her locker, her eyes fell upon a picture that had been mounted on the inside ever since the first day of school. It was just one of the numerous memorable photo of her and Scott that she had kept with her in order to help her when the going got rough. To the casual observer, it wasn't much...Just a regular looking photo that had been taken last summer when things between her and Scott were so much easier without having to deal with school, boyfriends, or the New Mutants...But to Jean, this picture spoke volumes to her because it helped remind her that no matter how complicated things got, Scott would always be there for her. And after this weekend, that may be given an even greater context...But such things remained to be seen. For now, only time would tell.
"Hey Jean! Come on, hurry up!" said Kitty as she caught up with her redheaded friend, making her way through the crowd that had formed after the sound of the final bell had dismissed everybody, "Scott's probably, like, waiting for us!"
"I know, I know..." said Jean, forcing herself out of her little daze as she closed her locker, picked up her backpack, and stood ready to begin what was sure to be a most interesting weekend, "Hold on, I'm coming."
Once she had everything in hand, the two girls began to make their way out towards the parking lot, where a crowd was already beginning to form as everybody began to file out, eager to begin their weekend. Yet as they walked, Kitty continued to talk, maintaining her distinctive valley girl poise that so often defined her.
"Man, I am, like, so glad this week is over!" said Kitty as she stretched her arms upon feeling the cool rush of outdoor air.
"Tell me about it..." said Jean in agreement, although for more reasons than she was willing to let on, "Not only did I break up with my jerk off boyfriend...But I had three tests, an English paper, and a project all in one week."
"Man, you must be tired..." said Kitty with a slight giggle, "Then again, I should be one to talk. I had two tests and a science project that kept me busy all week."
"Yeah, I know. Beast is still trying to clean the mess you made in the lab with that thing," said Jean with an amused grin.
"Hey! It's not my fault that stuff boiled over! Chemistry never really was my best subject," she said in her defense.
"No kidding," said Jean with another slight chuckle, "I think you've made that abundantly clear to everybody."
That earned her a slight scowl from Kitty, but she wasn't going to argue her point. She knew that it was fairly useless defending her stance on certain skills...Namely chemistry and cooking. But mishaps aside, it was should be nice taking a break from stuff like that for the weekend. Like pretty much everybody else at the mansion, she was fairly restless after such a hard week and looked forward to sleeping in for a change.
"So, like, what are your plans for the weekend, Jean? What do you plan to do now that you're fabulously single again?" asked Kitty as they entered the parking lot.
"Oh...Nothing special," she said, even though she knew it was an outright lie, "Just the usual...Sleep late, call my folks, and just try to relax for once."
"Sounds like a plan!" said Kitty with an enthusiastic tone, "After this week, I could definitely use some time to unwind!"
"Believe me, Kitty...We all could," said Jean with a smile, hoping to do so in more ways than one.
A brief silence then fell over the two girls, but it didn't last long as Kitty quickly moved onto another subject that had been an ongoing issue for Jean.
"I heard Duncan is spreading rumors."
"He is," said Jean with a smile, "But I think I'll manage."
"Rumor has it the breakup was pretty bad," said Kitty growing a bit more serious in her tone.
"Well...To be fair, it was," she admitted, "It was one of those breakups that was more yelling than talking. And I doubt he's going to let it go for a while now."
"Ooh, that sounds pretty nasty."
"You don't know the half of it, Kitty..." muttered Jean, "But we're broken up now and I guess a nice quiet weekend apart will do me some good."
Kitty honestly didn't get why Jean had dated a guy like Duncan in the first place. While she didn't know the guy on a personal level, it was clear to her that he was a certifiable jerk. Even though she might not have had telepathic powers to back her views up, it was clear to her, and pretty much everybody else for that matter, that he wasn't prime boyfriend material. And yet, Jean still stayed with him even though she continued to flirt incessantly with Scott the whole time.
"I honestly don't know how you ever put up with that guy, Jean," said Kitty, shaking her head in amusement.
"Yeah, yeah...That's what everybody says," said Jean, rolling her eyes upon hearing those words yet again.
"Well it's over now my friend! You're single again! Time to set your sights on a new boy...Anyone in particular in your sights now?" she teased.
"Well...No, not at the moment."
Kitty couldn't help but think that was a lie on some levels, for she still had eyes for Scott...No doubt about it. She was just glad she was rid of Duncan. While she may have had a weakness for bad boys as well, as was apparent by her on again off again thing with Lance Alvers of the Brotherhood, she was smart enough to know a jerk when she saw one and Duncan Matthews definitely fit the bill. But it wasn't just the fact that Jean had dated Duncan, it was more so that regardless of it, she still managed to act all lovesick around Scott the whole time.
Kitty had seen from day one that those two looked at each other in a special way, but always maintained the strict position that they were just friends. While at times they sure didn't act like it, they remained so adamant about it that it was just plain weird at times. Even though she, Kurt, and some of the new recruits teased them at times, they continued to act so oblivious to it that it was downright annoying at times.
But if that's how Jean wanted it, then who was she to argue?
"Hey! There you two are!" said Kurt as he and Rogue stood in wait beside Scott's car.
"Hey Kurt! Hey Rogue!" chirped Kitty, "Where's Scott and Evan?"
"Porcupine ran off with those skateboarding buddies of his again and Scott's talkin' to that girl again," said Rogue in her thick southern accent.
"Girl? You mean Taryn?" asked Jean, not feeling too enthused at that news.
"See for yourself..." she said mumbled as she pointed over towards the other side of the parking lot where Scott and Taryn were talking about something, "But Ah wouldn't go there. It doesn't look good."
Jean was definitely intrigued by this as she turned towards Scott and Taryn, both of whom didn't look all that happy to say the least. They were clearly arguing about something and while Jean couldn't hear what they were saying, it looked as though it was pretty serious.
Taryn looked as though she was complaining about something and Scott was just rubbing the back of his neck in frustration. He looked frustrated, irritated, and stressed beyond description. It was a rather discerning sight...One that she couldn't make out, but it was clearly by no means pleasant.
"Will you just stop stalling and tell me, Scott!" said Taryn, looking as though she was on her last whim with this.
"Taryn, why would you think that I was the one who kissed Jean?" said Scott, amazed that she would even consider him the kind to go so far as to cheat on her like that.
"Scott! You're still stalling!" she exclaimed, on the verge of shouting, "It's been all over the school! Everybody's saying that you're the reason why Jean and Duncan broke up! They say Duncan caught the two of you kissing under the bleachers!"
"Taryn, how can you even consider rumors like that? They're just rumors! And from Duncan no less!" shot Scott in response.
"You still haven't denied it, yet Scott..."
"Well then, no! I didn't kiss, Jean! I promise you...I swear...I didn't kiss her. She broke up with Duncan because they weren't working. It's as simple as that," said Scott, trying to sound sincere.
Taryn just studied the look on his face. And honestly, she didn't know what to believe from this man. He wouldn't even show her his eyes. She kept trying to get him to let her in. Hell, she even offered to sleep with him on a few occasions, but he just pushed her away because she wouldn't talk about it. Then again, she didn't see why that was his business since he wouldn't tell her his, why should she tell her hers?
"I want to believe you, Scott...I really do," she said, sounding calmer, yet deeply exasperated, "But it's just...It's hard when everybody around me is telling me what they've heard and what they've seen."
"But they're NOT true, Taryn," said Scott explicitly, shocked that she would even consider something like this.
"I know it probably isn't. But the thing is...There's more to it than that. You won't even let me in on your own little world, so what do I have to go on? I try to get you to open up, but you NEVER do. And how can we move forward with any kind of relationship under circumstances like that?"
Scott didn't know how to respond to that. He never imagined that the fiasco surrounding Jean's breakup would filter to his. But damn it, Duncan just HAD to spread those rumors to spite both him and Jean. He couldn't believe it, but on some levels, Taryn was right. He hadn't really opened up to her. He was a mutant and he had to keep his powers secret for the sake of mutants everywhere. So how did he go about managing that with Taryn? Easy answer was...He couldn't.
"Taryn...What do you want me to do?"
The younger woman just let out a deep sigh, shaking her head in defeat as she looked back at those covered eyes of Scott Summers. She couldn't even look into his eyes to determine whether or not he was telling the truth. And because of that, there was just no way she could continue with this.
"I think we both need some space, Scott...Alone," she said with a hint of sorrow in her tone.
"Oh...I see," said Scott, feeling the hurt of those words, for they were just a nice way of saying 'break up.'
"I'm sorry, Scott...I really am. I like you, don't think for a second that I don't. But I just can't do this anymore," she said as she reached forth and gently touched the side of his face, "Now I'm not saying that it has to be permanent. I think we just need space. I think we need to see other people. That doesn't mean it has to be absolute, but for now I think it would probably be best if we just end this."
Scott didn't know what to say to this. All he could do was just sigh in defeat. And in the back of his mind, he knew this was probably for the best. The rumors surrounding Duncan and Jean were just too strong now and given the nature of high school social dynamics, it would take quite a while for them to die down. And as long as that held true, what more could they do?
"Well...If that's the way you feel, Taryn," he said, rubbing his head in a show of exasperation.
"We just need time, Scott...That's all," she said as she planted one last kiss on the side of his face before she turned away, "I'll see you later."
"Yeah...See you."
It took a moment for his mind to process the feeling of being dumped, but it all just seemed so appropriate for a week like this.
"God could this week get any worse?!" he groaned as he made his way back over towards his car.
Nothing seemed to be going right for the young leader. His stress levels really showed as he approached his friends who were waiting for him. They could tell something was seriously wrong with him, but as always he tried to hide it, hoping to just put this behind him and work his misery over the weekend.
"Trouble's with Taryn?" asked Kurt with a bemused look on his face.
"You could say that..." he muttered, "She just broke up with me."
"What?!" exclaimed Jean with great surprise.
"Wow...She broke up with you?" said Kitty, her eyes also wide with surprise, not expecting to hear something like that.
"Yeah...We're through," he said as he sat in the drivers seat, looking as though somebody had just whacked him upside the head with a two by four.
Everybody was just silent for a moment, not wanting to say anything to make it worse. But eventually, Jean chose to break the silence, knowing that he needed a friend now more than ever with something like this.
"Hey, I know how you feel, Scott..." she said, placing a comforting hand on his shoulder, "You're not the only one who went through a breakup this week you know."
"Yeah...Some week," he muttered, wanting nothing more to just go home and collapse, "I feel like complete shit. I'm officially beat."
"Hey like, you're not the only one, Scott," said Kitty as they all piled into his car and buckled up for the short ride home.
"Yeah, I think we all just need some time to relax and unwind," said Jean, sounding more sympathetic to Scott's situation since she knew all too well where he was coming from.
"No argument here," said Scott with a sigh as he started up the engine of his car, ready to get home as soon as possible, "I think I've had enough stress for one week."
"Amen to that mien friend!" proclaimed Kurt as they pulled out of the parking lot and drove off back towards the institute.
It was a quiet ride for the most part. Everybody seemed too tired to really start up a conversation. But for Jean, who was sitting right next to Scott, the stress wasn't over just yet. And as her eyes drifted back over towards the boy she wanted to be her first lover, she hoped that they could both use this weekend to turn things around. It was clear that they were both in a rut beyond measure. School was murder, they couldn't train, their friends were giving them shit, and they suffered through some pretty painful breakups. They needed something...Anything to grand them some kind of relief. And hopefully, it would all come together tonight.
*************************************************
With another week of school behind them, most of the residents as the Xavier Institute for Gifted Youngsters eagerly settled in for the weekend. After a rather stressful week for all of them, everybody seemed ready to unwind. There was still homework for some and danger room sessions for others, but such things were a part of everyday life for them. It was only a matter of making good use of the time they now had.
For the New Mutants, Beast had organized a little camping trip out in the woods. While it was in some ways meant to be a science lesson for those who were struggling a bit with the subject, it also doubled as some much needed downtime and everybody was looking forward to it for the most part and spent much of the afternoon and evening packing.
For the regulars, they planned to spend the weekend in a more traditional sense with things like sleeping in, TV, and or just hanging out and doing whatever came to mind. Evan spent much of the afternoon with his buddies skateboarding in the park and would probably come back dirty, sweaty, and beat later on like he always did, but as long as there wasn't a danger room session to worry about, that was just fine with the others. Rogue also didn't linger at the institute and chose to spend the rest of the afternoon and evening with her friend, Risty Wilde. And since it wasn't a school night, the chances were she wouldn't be back till late at night as well.
But for others like, Kurt and Kitty, they chose to stay home for the evening rather than making themselves any more exhausted by going out. Kurt quickly fell into full couch potato mode as soon as he got in and parked himself in front of the TV, which is where he would most likely stay until he fell asleep or passed out, whichever came first. Kitty would probably later join him as she often did...But not after a rather lengthy two hour conversation with Lance over the phone.
For the instructors, the downtime was also a welcome feeling, for it gave them the chance to unwind a bit as well without having to worry about their usual administrative responsibilities. After having helped Hank work out the final logistics of the camping trip, Professor Xavier chose to spend some time in his study catching up on some reading that he had been wanting to do. He also planned to do a little work on Cerebro later on, but as was often the case, he quickly lost himself in his books and pretty much spent the rest of the night in the pages of knowledge. Ororo chose a similar path, spending the afternoon in her garden, cooking a modest dinner for those who hadn't gone out, and spending the rest of the night soaking in a hot bath with a good book. But for Logan, he chose a more active route, doing a little run through the danger room and then spending the rest of the night working on his bike.
Overall, everybody had their own way of unwinding...But for Scott Summers and Jean Grey, this night would have a far greater importance than anybody could have possibly imagined. In many ways they were both still reeling from the vivid dreams that had sent this week into such a mess of complications. The added complications of their breakups only worsened their situation, but hopefully that would all be fixed by tonight. That is if Jean managed to make it happen.
The time couldn't have been better for Jean to make her move. The New Mutants were gone, the instructors were busy, and everybody else had found something to occupy themselves for the night. It was a rare aura of tranquility for the usually bustling Xavier Institute and Jean knew that this could very well be the best time for her to do this.
She had been going over this in her head constantly throughout the afternoon, carefully planning and rehearsing everything she had planned. Yet no matter how many times she went over this, it didn't make her any less nervous. But she knew she needed this...Hell, they both did. And on this night, she would make it happen.
*************************************************
It was a little after 9 PM as Jean stepped out of the steaming hot shower. In the midst of her final preparations, the time for planning was almost up and the time for action was nearly upon her. Upon securely wrapping herself in a soft white towel, she made her way back down the hall to her room where she would prepare herself for what was sure to be one of the most significant moments in her life to date. Once she returned to her room, she went to work preparing herself for the big moment and started to dry her naked body off. Even though she had hoped that a nice hot shower would help her relax, she didn't find herself feeling any less anxious about this whole thing, but there was definitely no going back now. She wanted this...She needed this...It was only a matter of making it through the last big challenge.
'Well, there goes my last shower as a virgin,' she thought to herself, her eyes fixated upon her naked body in her mirror as she dried herself off, 'I don't know where it all goes from here, but I sure hope I'm doing the right thing.'
With a towel in hand, Jean made sure her skin was nice and clean for when Scott finally laid his hands upon her. And once she was dry, she gave herself a thorough examination in the mirror, wanting to make sure she looked as presentable as possible for her first time. She had shaved her legs, her underarms, and had even neatened out her pubic area to make it look a bit sexier for when the time finally came.
Once she was satisfied with her naked appearance, she went to work on the aesthetics, blow drying her long red hair thoroughly and brushing it with great care to give it a nice full feeling. Then, she applied upon her face some of her best makeup, but was careful not to put any more than was necessary since it would probably come off afterwards. She knew she was really nitpicking the little things at this point, but she really did want to look her best for this very significant moment in her life. Finally, she would experience her first time...Her first lover.
She and Duncan were over...Scott and Taryn were over...This was a chance for the both of them to help each other and possibly build upon something that could really benefit them both. It was exciting and terrifying at the same time, but despite this it was something she knew she needed and hopefully it would work out for the both of them in the long run.
Jean must have spent over a half hour standing naked in front of the mirror, ensuring that she looked as presentable as possible for the big moment, but once she was satisfied with her makeup, her perfume, and her hair, she went onto what she was would wear. While granted, anything she put on wouldn't stay on for long, she still wanted to set the mood both for her and for Scott.
'Damn...' she thought as she rummaged through her underwear drawer, 'What the hell do you wear for something like this?'
Growing a tad frustrated, Jean nearly cleaned out her drawers trying to find something that would work. It wasn't like she had any real sexy outfits to wear to something like this. Hell, she didn't even have a thong. She had plenty of clothes, yet so little to choose from. And as she went through a maze of underwear, tank tops, and shorts, she once again ended up in an argument with herself.
"Oh why does this have to be so hard?" she groaned to herself, tossing aside some of the stuff she knew she couldn't use, "Do I just come naked? Do I really have to wear anything at all? I mean, it's not like I'll be wearing it for long."
With a frustrated sigh, Jean finally managed to come across a nice pair of black underwear. It was simple, yet still sexy enough to be workable. Looking back at all the other stuff she deemed unusable, she decided to try it on and see how it looked, sliding the black panties up her thighs and strapping on the matching bra. Once it was on, she once again went over her appearance in the mirror, doing a few turns and poses to see how it looked.
"Hmm...Not bad."
While it the bra and panties weren't meant to be overtly sexual, on Jean's body they definitely added a great deal of sensuality to her aura. They brought out her butt and legs in just the right way, they hung low enough to show of her toned, sexy core, and the bra did great justice to her large breasts. It almost looked like something in an underwear ad to Jean...Which was definitely a good sign to her and pretty much sealed her decision.
"I guess this will have to do," said Jean to herself as she checked her appearance one last time, making sure she looked ready for sex, "The last moments of my virginity...I sure hope I don't screw this up."
Taking a few deep breaths, Jean picked up her black and red bathrobe and put it on, concealing her sexy form until the time came. Taking one last look in the mirror, the young redhead took a final mental snapshot of herself, for this would probably be the last time she would see her self in the mirror as a virgin. Tonight, she was going to open herself to a new experience, a new feeling. Her sex drive was at full throttle tonight from all the anticipation that seemed to build upon the heat already welling up inside her. The images of that dream played out so vividly in her mind, adding fuel to the fire that was burning within. Her body and mind had been craving this pleasure for so long now...And it was about time she finally gave herself what she so desperately needed.
"Well, here goes. Scott Summers...Here I come."
