When I came to I woke up and noticed I was in my room. I was a little bit drowsy but I managed to sit up. I noticed there was yelling going on down stairs, so I made my way down the stairs.

“Chanelle you okay”?- the twins.

“Maybe you should sit down” .- Felix.

“Want me to kick that guys ass Monday”? -Travis.

I couldn’t answer them the questions just kept coming. I was happy for my brothers concern for me but I wish they would give me a chance to get a word in. I could feel a slight head ache starting and I don’t think I can take anymore of these 20 questions. That’s when mama Rosie stepped in.

“Alright, alright boys how about I get the story from your sister, while yall go and watch t.v. in the living room”. Mama Rosie said in a tone that wouldn’t take no for an answer. They all grumbled out a “yes ma’am” and left the room.

“Sit down sugar, are you feeling okay”? She asked in a caring tone. I smiled at her concern. She is the best at comforting people, there was days when I would just come home and run into her arms for a hug, you know those hugs that only mom’s can give. Even though we didn’t say a word while we embraced each other I just felt the love and knew everything was going to be alright.

“I’m fine just a little tired”.

“You want to tell me the story”?

After I told her the story I waited for her comforting words to embrace me, but what came next was a total shock. She broke off into laughter. I was nearly raped (willingly) and she’s laughing. I
Gave her a sharp glare before I frowned at her.

“I’m sorry sugar but it looks like you a admirer”. I scoffed.

“Admirer’s tend to be far away, not up close and in my personal space”.

The weekend went by pretty fast and before we knew it was Monday.

With that said they all left to go sit with there friends.

I made my way to the back of the school by the forest so I could read my book in peace. I had sat down by a tree opening up my book and started to read. 5 minutes into my book and I feel like I’m being watched so I looked up.

We stared at each other for a minute before Kai threw ne over his shoulders and was running in to the forest. I didn’t scream or call my brothers. It felt right like I was supposed to be with him. Kai ran for 3 minutes, let me tell you in 3 minutes he got pretty far.

He stopped and put me down in front of a tree, we locked gazes for a moment. Then every thing was happening so fast.
