Evelyn awoke the next morning, her body tingling in remembered excitement and aching
at the same time.
She smiled secretly to herself as she thought of the night before.
Brendon had been quite the pleasureable lover, one she wouldn't forget in a long time.
Images of the night before flashed through her mind. They had won the sex sounds war, there's
just no competition up against the real thing.
Spent, they had fallen asleep with Evelyn tucked comfortably in his arms.
Evelyn was suddenly struck with the realisation that the bed was empty. She sat up abruptly.
There was a folded piece of paper on the pillow next to her.
Aww, he left a note.
She reached for the note and held it in her hand for a moment before opening it up to read
the message inside.
Evelyn,
I'm so sorry I had to leave so quickly and unexpectedly.
I hope you don't think I ditched you, it wasn't that way at all.
Our tour guy rang us and told us we had to be at the airport by 5am and I didn't want to wake
you. Take your time to leave, the hotel staff know you're there.
Thanks for hanging out with us [and me] last night. Maybe we'll catch up again soon.
Brendon
PS. I think I broke it...
"Broke it?" Evelyn frowned, for the moment not even noticing the email address scrawled across the bottom.
"What did he break?"
Evelyn rose from the bed, note still in her hand and dressed quickly. She grabbed her bag from the floor, tucking the note into the side pocket and ran her fingers through her hair, wishing
she still kept a comb in her bag.
With one more fleeting glance at the rumpled bed, Evelyn closed the door and exited the hotel room.

"Are you serious? You spent the night with the Brendon Urie?" Hannah stared with disbelief
at Evelyn as she sipped her tea.
Evelyn nodded, a small grin playing at her lips.
"He even left me a note." She reached into her bag and layed it out on the table.
Hannah snatched it up, and read it quickly.
"Oh my God, Ev! He left you his email address. That's so awesome," Hannah gushed, clutching the
paper to her chest. She read over it again, and looked up, frowning. "What did he break?"
"I have no friggin' idea. Way to be cryptic, huh." Evelyn grabbed the note back, slipping it back into the bag.
