"Rory honey its Christmas morning" my dad said I looked up at him.
"I'll be down stairs in a few minutes" I said.
"Alright baby" he said
I got up and walked downstairs my mom had taken shopping yesterday and I had gotten enough clothes to last me months. But to my suprise there where a ton of presents under the tree. Being an only child has its advantages.
"Merry Christmas sweetie" My mom and dad said
"Merry Christmas" I said back there was a knock at the door and it was Kimmy. I opened the door and she walked in carry gifts.
"Hey Kimmy" I said
"All these where under our tree and they are for you are you just getting up" She asked
"You know it, you want to stay I am sure there are gifts for you under the tree."
"It wouldn't be christmas otherwise" She said
I opened my mountian of gifts. I got clothes, A new bedding set, a skateboard, tons of CDs, and some bath and body stuff. I got to Brendons present last
"So what did he get you" everyone asked
"Well this I said showing my finger" I said
"A promise ring" my mom said
"Yeah I guess thats what they are called" I said
"Its sick how in love they are" Kimmy said
"I think its cute, I feel better about leaving Rors knowing she has Brendon her to take care of her" my dad said
I opened the box and there was a teddy bear wearing a shirt the said I love you Rory on it. I hugged the teddy bear.
"Rory go get dressed we are going over to Kimmy's house for lunch" my mom said
"Alright" I got dressed and we headed down next door. On our way over I heard Brendon yell my name I looked at my mom and dad. They smiled
"Bren thanks" I said
"Anything for you baby"
He pulled me into a deep kiss.
"I love you" he said and walked back into his house
The rest of christmas day was great we spent time with Kimmy's family and Brendons family. I was a little sad because my parents where leaving first thing in the morning.
