HOUSE-NIGHTTIME
Stacy, a teenage girl around 16-17 in her pajamas, is seen
brushing her hair in her bathroom mirror, humming a soft but
catchy tune. She moves into her room and sees her dog, Sam,
waiting for her, wagging his tail.
STACY
(pets SAM on the head)
No more play time Sam, it's time
for bed.
(snaps her fingers towards
her bed)
Go on Sam.
(Sam crawls under her bed
and turns so his face is
slightly sticking out)
Good boy.
Stacy bends down to kiss him and then climbs into bed,
pulling her sheets up and turning off her bedside lamp. She
reaches her hand down to Sam's face and he licks her hand and
she smiles, closing here eyes.
STACY (CONT'D)
Goodnight Sam.
Stacy opens her eyes hearing a faint dripping sound. She rubs
her eyes and looks at her alarm clock. It is one in the
morning. She rolls onto her back and listens, hearing the
dripping noise.
STACY (CONT'D)
(half asleep, somewhat
slurring her words)
I must've forgotten to turn the
water off all the way.
Stacy reaches her hand down to have Sam lick her hand. She
smiles, closes her eyes and goes to sleep.
Stacy awakes for a second time to the dripping sound. This
time it seems a bit louder. Stacy sits up and looks around
her room seeing darkness and hearing the faint cry of the
wind. Stacy listens for the dripping again and lays back
down, looking at her alarm clock. It is three in the morning.
She sighs and puts her hand down for Sam to lick it once
more. She falls asleep peacefully again.
Stacy opens her eyes for a third time and hears the dripping
sound.
STACY (CONT'D)
I really need to turn that off.
Stacy gets up and moves to her bathroom, sluggishly and
tired. She flicks on the light and squints her eyes as they
adjust to the brightness. She rubs her eyes and they clear
but her face lights up with horror and she screams, backing
away into the wall.
STACY (CONT'D)
SAM!
We see blood in the bathtub and see a drip or two fall into
it. Stacy is crying as she falls against her wall and looks
at the mirror. Words in blood have been written on it.
HUMANS CAN LICK TO
Stacy stops crying and fear takes control of her. She slowly
peers around the corner to her bed where she sees a hooded
figure standing in front of it. The figure slowly raises it's
finger to its mouth.
FIGURE
Shhhhh.
Stacy is heard screaming as the movie ends.
