I looked at the clock it flash 10:35pm I figured they where finishing up playing and doing there meet and greet. I took out my phone and turned it on
Beep Beep
I had 170 missed calls
60 new voice messages
70 new text messages
I guees I am going to have to change my number I thought to myself.
I started flipping through the text messages most of them where from Pete asking me to call him and let him know where I was they where very sweet at first then they got really mean.
There where a couple from the rest of guys telling me Petes so sorry and hes flipping out thinking I dead in a ditch somewhere.
I deleted everything I didn't even bother with the voicemails I knew they where the same.
I went out into the sitting and sat there for a few minutes, trying to decided what to do. I need to get off the bus. I walked outside and this man was standing there.
"Lacie" he said
"Yes" I said
"Gerard sent me out here to see if you where up and to bring you into the venue." He said
"Okay"
I took my ponytail out and let my hair cover my bruise face. I had no makeup on but I didn't think makeup could cover it. We walked until we got to the a door
"Go in" he said
I walked in to find 5 sweaty guys sitting there.
"Well look what the cat dragged in"
one of the guys said
"Lace this is Frank, Bob, and Ray" he said pointing to each of them.
I didn't really get a chance to meet them last time.
"Hi nice to meet you and thank you" I said
"No problem who knew Pete could be such an ass" Bob said
"Yeah" I said trying to cover my face Gerard saw an grabbed my hands and tucked my hair behind my ears.
"You still look beautiful to me." he said I just smiled at him
"Lace it will heal up in a couple of day" Mikey said
His phone started ringing
"Pete again should I answer it" He ask me and Gerard.
"Yeah but please don't tell him I am here." I asked
"I won't but I am going to put it on speaker phone so quiet" he said
"Hello"
"Hey Mikey is Lacie with you guys"
"No whats going on"
"I screwed up"
"What happened"
"I got really pissed about something that was none of my business and I was trying to punch Patrick and Lace jumped in the way and I saw her there but I punched anyways, I don't know where she is she told Brendon and Ryan she was going home."
"I really haven't seen here but if shes calls Gee I will make sure to have him tell her to call"
"Thanks man"
"No problem" Mikey said and Pete hung up.
I looked at the room and they all looked like wanted to know why Pete was going after Patrick and why I jumped in the way I explained the story just made it sound like it happened 6 months ago and not a week ago.
"What an ass" Ray said we all agreed.
"Baby you hungery" Gerard asked
"A little I really want fries and a chocolate milkshake." I said
"I'll have someone go get them for you, we have to keep a low profile for the time being" he said
"Thanks and I think that is a great idea"
All the guys showered and I took one too we headed back to the bus.
"Lace honey are you tired" Frank asked
"A little but not really are you guys"
I got a bunch of No's Gerard came over and put his arms around me.
"We have 2 days on the road before we get to the next venue" Gerard told me and kissed my ear. Causing goosebumps on my body. I smiled up at him causing him to kiss my lips.
We all watched movies until we hours of the morning. Gerard got up and grabbed my hand pulling to his bunk.
"Lace you remember what I said about waiting to have a relationship." he said only a few inches from my face
"Yeah"
"I missed you from the moment I left you and I was going to tell you that on the phone when I called but all this shit went Lace, I want to be in a relationship with you and only you" he said and kissing my lips we made out for a while until we fell fast asleep.
