I walked out side listening to the phone ring I knew I shouldn't do this but it was bound to make me feel better.
"Hello" A groggy sounding Pete answered
"WHY" I screamed
"Rayn" Pete said
"WHY" I screamed again
"Rayn why are you screaming at me" Pete said
I took a deep breathe
"Why did I have to find out from the internet and not from your mouth" I said trying to stay calm
"Your kidding right" Pete said
"No I am not" I said
"Sorry I didn't think it would matter since you are with Bill now" he said
"Well it does Pete" I said starting to cry
"Rayn come on please don't do this you know I hate it when cry"
"Pete"
"I know"
We stayed quiet for a few minutes Pete just let me cry.
"Rayn you can't do this call me and get mad than cry because you still love me it fucks with me when I finally think I am over you you go and do this and all I want is you and my kids back" Pete said
"It hurt Pete" I said
"And you don't think me seeing you with Bill for the last year didn't hurt" Pete said
"I am sorry but you know full well if you really wanted me back you could" I said
"You do realize what you just said" Pete said
"Yeah" I said
"I am holding you to that" He said I could tell he was smiling
"Okay" I said
"Rayn you know I will always love you" Pete said
"As will I" I said
"I'll see you tomorrow" Pete said
"Yep" I said
I hung up the phone and sat down by the pool I watched the water ripple in the wind. Thinking about everything I had been threw and how much I loved William but the truth was no matter how hard I tried Pete was my soul mate and everyone knew we belonged together.
"Babe" William said pulling me out of my thoughts
"Huh" I said looking at him
"You okay now" He said
"It was a weird phone call to say the least" I said
"Yeah it was kind of quiet usally you two are screaming at each other" William said
"No it was a civil conversation" I said
"Ray" William said looking a little worried
"Stop worrying" I said kissing him
"Okay" William said
He picked me and threw me over his shoulder and carried me into and ploped me down on the couch next to Mike.
"Better now" Mike said
"Yep" I said
