"You want to break your bond to William?" Holly asked, staring at Ryan in surprised shock. "I thought that kind of thing was impossible to do without killing your Master? Are you going to kill him?" She quickly asked, her eyes going wide.

From his spot, next to Ryan, Brendon chuckled, earning a small look from the other male before Ryan turned his attention to Holly. "I'm not going to kill William Beckett," he answered the last question first, "in a way I'll be dying."

"What the Hell do you mean you'll be dying!?" She exclaimed, her eyes turning sad very fast as she looked at both vampires. "You better give a damn good reason as to why I shouldn't find someone to kill him right now before I let you-"

"Woah, woah, woah, Holly calm down hon," Ryan as he got up and went to her side, touching her shoulder as he leaned down to look into her eyes without her having to look up to look at him. "It's not going to be permanent," he said softly. "I only have to be dead for an hour or so, long enough for the bond with Beckett to break, and then I'll be brought back to life. He won't be able to read my mind, find out anything about me anymore, and he can never track me unless he does it himself or have someone else do it."

"How the Hell can you die and then come back?" She questioned, feeling more confused than upset. "I mean, I know you died," she said as she turned her attention to Brendon, before looking at Ryan, "but I just don't understand how a vampire can die and be brought back."

Ryan rubbed her shoulder and gave it a soft squeeze before he moved to his chair and sat back down. "It's a bit of a painful process in the beginning but it's worth it to be able to be free. I have to be completely drained, and then when I've been dead long enough, my body will have enough blood pumped into it to get my heart restarted, and then when I wake up I'll feed and free."

"Ryan... How did you find out about this?" Holly asked as she leaned back in her chair.

"Gabe Saporta," Brendon answered, wanting to join in on the conversation; he never could stay quiet for too long. "He's done it before and I'm his most recent one."

Holly looked at Ryan and Brendon, chewing her lip for a moment as she considered whether or not to say anything about what she heard from Rayne when they met up for lunch a few days prior. "I see... So, Ryan, who are you going to get to do this for you?" She questioned.

"I was thinking about going to Gabe," Ryan answered, shifting in his seat. "When I went to see Caity, one of his pets, Emmi, was there, and he contacted her, told her to bring me to him, and that was how I found out about Brendon."

"If he does it, where are you going to go?"

Ryan sighed as he leaned back in his chair, frowning slightly. "You see, that's what Brendon and I have been talking about. We don't know where we could go that would be safe for us, or where there are other vampires who would take in a couple of strays from Beckett."

"It's going to be hard for us to find somewhere," Brendon said, voicing his own thoughts. "That is something we both agree on, but we are going to find somewhere, even if it doe take a while. It's going to be risky since there are apparently plenty of vampire groups that have a distaste for William."

Holly nodded. "From what I gather he's an insult to the vampire community with his childish ways," she mused. "His stern side is liked, but only a little, but there is nothing good said about him by the others. Do you think the two of you could make it on your own? I mean, you're a Dandy," she said, looking to Brendon. "You're used to hunting for your food, but Ryan, no offense hon," she said as she looked to Ryan for a moment before turning her attention back to Brendon, "he's one of the babied ones. His food is brought to him."

Ryan frowned when he realized that he hadn't even thought of something like that. He had hunted only one time in his life and that was right before William snatched him up to be one of his Boys. With how long ago that was he didn't even remember how he got the human to stay still. I don't want to be a burden to him, he thought as he looked down to his hands.

Brendon smiled over at Ryan, listening to his thoughts, and reached over, lightly touching his knee to make Ryan look at him. "I can hunt for two, easily. I've had to when Jon was learning and I had to help him. I can do it again until he learns," he said as he looked back up to Holly, noticing the small glimmer of jealousy from him touching Ryan. "I won't let anything happen to him."

William Beckett lifted a brow as he sipped on his tea, watching everything through Ryan's eyes since his pet had been careless enough to touch the human girl, which opened up the link between him and William. He sniffed in amusement as he finished off his tea, smiling wide as Spencer Smith walked into the room, having been mentally summoned.

"What can I do for you, Master William?" Spencer questioned after shutting the door behind himself.

"I have someone I want you to find," William answered, "a human."
