There Ray sat, in the waiting room, at a hospital, sat between Frank, Bob and Mikey. they sat in silence waiting. for something. anything. anything at all. Ray closed his eyes and prayed.

please God let Gerard be okay

Ray just hoped someone would answer his prayers.

"hey Gerard! wake up du..." Ray stepped into Gerards room, and stared. "Gerard? Gerard stop fooling around" but he wouldnt. he couldnt. for Gerard was sprawled on the floor, a small pool of blood around each wrist.

Ray opened his eyes. a nurse walked towards them, with a grave face.

please God let Gerard be okay

"im sorry" "your friend is in a coma. he may never wake up."

Ray rushed over to Gerard, checked his pulse, it was faint. "MIKEY!" he ripped his shirt, tried to stem the bleeding "FRANK!" he turned Gerard around "dont worry buddy your gonna be okay. BOB!"

Ray opened his eyes again. "from the earth to the morgue" he whispered. Gerards pale face was layed upon a hospital pillow, his black hair still covered in blood. his wrists bandaged. Ray wept silent tears.
