"It's Thursday!" Brooke exclaims
"Ya, and?" I question
"Did you forget already?"
"Forget what?" A little impatient now
"Uhh.. Blake!" She whisper yelled
"Oh em g. I totally blanked. How stupid can I be? Don't answer that." I said pointing to Brooke
"Wasn't gunna."

We went to lunch after that."

"You know I think this is my favorite class." I said
"What about biology?" Brooke asked
"Umm.. it's kinda a tie."
"Well, I like this calss because we don't have to deal with teacher." Brooke said
"Wait...is this even a class?" V asks

We all crack up. We were laughing so loud that Blake and his table turn to look at us. Brooke turns around and does the "What" thing with her arms. We laugh even harder at that.

"I think I have abs now." I said
"Don't you already?" Brooke joked
"Haha."

After lunch I went to 5th period. After taht the day went by slow. The bell seemed like it was never going to ring. Maybe becasue I was staring at the clock and it wasn't moving very much. So, I guess I doezed off becasue the bell rang and it scared me, and I kinda jumped. I put my back pack on and was the last one out of the class. I walked into the hall way and Blake was walking out of the class across from mine. I just keep walking until he says something.

"Hey." He says
"Whats up?"
"Not much just had to take care of some bussiness." He says with a laugh
"Oh haha ya."
"How come you were late coming out of class?"
"Umm.. well I kinda fell asleep in class."
"Zoey Henley falling asleep in class." He said giving me a playfull nudge
"Ya, well, i'm not perfect." I said giving him a push back

We walked down the hallway together until we had to go our seperate ways.

"See ya tomorrow." He says giving me a wave
"Yep." I said doing the same

"Why are you so late?"
"I fell asleep in class." I say opening my locker
"Ya, English is pretty boring." She said
"I have exciting news!" I say putting my math book in my back pack
"OOO.. do tell."
"When I walked out of English Blake walked out of his class, across the hall and I walked and talked with him.

"Oh my gosh that is amazing."
"Ya and you wanna know what the best part is?"
"What.. What!?"
"He said see ya tomorrow." I say slapping her arm
"I bet he can't wait." Brooke said opening the door to my brothers' car
"So true."

After Brooke was dropped off, there was an akward silence between Jake and I.

"What it is Jake?"
"Huh?" He asked confused
"What's up? Why are you so quiet?"
"Oh... I was just thinking."
"About what?" I hinted
"Uhh.. stuff."
"What kinda stuff?"
"Girls."
"I knew you liked Brooke!" I blurted out
"What.. no.. how did you know?" He asked surprised
"I see the way you look at her."
"Ya, well I jsut don't know how to ask her out."
"Well, anyway she'll say yes." I said cracking myself up
"Really?"
"Ya, she totally is waiting."
"I might ask her tomorrow after school."
"That's would be nice."
"Why do you say that?" He said scrating his head
"Ahh.. i've been waiting for you guys to go out."
"How long?"
"Just since the dance and things."
"How did you know I liked her like that?"
"Like I said the way you acted and things. Just little signs like that."
"Whatever."

We got to the house and went in. I was totally bored the rest of the night. I finished up my homework early just to get it out of the way. When it was time to go to bed I just laied there thinking about tomorrow and how Blake would ask me out. I'm thinking that he might ask me out at my locker or in class maybe even at lunch or perhaps gym. So many possible ways he could ask me out. He could also do it on the phone or computer. I just need to blank my mind and tomorrow will come faster. That actually worked because I fell asleep.

Friday

My alarm went off too "Hot N Cold" by Katy Perry. I woke up and decided i'd wear, it has to be perfect, my Abercrombie and Fitch dark wash ripped jeans, with my lime-green A&F shirt with the words Blondes can do it better. I think this outfit says DATE ME. I walked out my room and Jake just laughed.

"What are you laughing at Jake?"
"Your shirt."
"I think it's awesome."
"Ya it sounds like it's saying that blondes are better at sex than any other girl."
"Well, that's not what it means." I said all serious
"Ok, well, that's the way i'm taking it."

I push him all the way down the stairs. We eat breakfast then we go to the car to pick up Brooke.

"So when are you gunna ask Brooke out again?"
"After school. I think. Don't say anything when she gets in the car."
"Ok..ok i'll play it cool. Just for you Big Brotha."
"You are sooo.. stupid lil sis."
"Just be lucky I have friends that you like."
"Ya, ya."


After School

I was waiting at my locker, for something or cough someone cough to come. I turned around and Blake was right in front of me.

"Uhh.. hey." I said
"Hey. I wanted to asked you something."
"Oh. You do what?" I asked trying to act surprised
"Umm.. I wanted to umm.. know if you would ummm... go out with me?"
"Wow.. you wanna go out with me?" I asked
"Ya."
"Well, ya i'll go out with you." I say a little too fast
"Yes. Do you wanna go to the movies tonight?"
"Ya totally."
"Ok so, i'll call or text you with the details later than."
"I'll be waiting."

After that I went out to the car.
