the smooth sharp metal sliced swiftly across the wrist
a quick intake of breath is all that is uttered
the blood drips down on to the cold smooth tile
the tears flow down a cheek
the pain is in their eyes for anyone to see
arm raised the smooth sharp metal is
sliced swiftly across the wrist one
more time.
