You know I injoy the Sidious parts more then the Jedi parts.
One thing I thought was missing. Exactly what was Rella wearing? I think that may have been important to the story. The dialog between Rella and Sidious showed more to his Character. From what I understand, users of the Dark Side do not consider themselves Evil. The belive they are bringing order to the Galaxcy. That would mean that killing is not there goal just a means to their goal. I believe this was shown with the exchange with Rella.
The use of technolgy is taken for granted and not dwelled upon in your version. I like that, so ofeten writers of Star Wars Fan Fic get caught up in the techno babble they lose track of the story.
Everything else in the chapter was ok too.
