No need for succor
0 reviewsSomeone is too proud and stubborn to accept any kind of soothing. (the challenge word was "succor", BTW)
0Unrated
Faint sounds of sobbing catch the young Elf's attention and he presses his ear against his brother's door. Feanaro is crying and, without much thought, Nolofinwe steps inside, eyes growing wide at the sight before him.
Near the foot of his bed, Feanaro is sitting on the floor, hugging his knees, face buried in the folds of his robe. With hesitant steps, Nolofinwe approaches him, placing his little hand on his brother's shoulder.
"Get away from me!" Feanaro snaps, making Nolofinwe recoil and step back. Anger twists his tear-streaked face when he shouts: "I need no succor! Not from you!"
