Twice a year, light and dark, love and hate, good and evil are balanced. The world ceases to promote good or justice, or evil and misfortune. The world will finally lay to rest the great peace that was originally designed within our universe. Ying and Yang we call it. Good and Evil. Some of one inside the other. Twice a year, the tilt of the earth neither faces nor ignores the sun.

You go about your lives, not aware of the fight that lingers between worlds. As the sun begins to rise, you see a glow, more golden than usual, more poetic, almost like a dream. The glow raises higher and higher, until that globe of orange and gold peeks over the horizon and the landscape is brightened with daylight. This seems different. This seems brighter, happier and more magical.
This is that day.
