Actually, I have never heard of spontaneous nose bleeds, however I am familiar with enough other pregnancy surprises that it doesn't shock me.
As always a well written chapter.Author's response
Thank you for reading and reviewing - yep, you can easily fill a book with weird pregnancy symptoms.

As always, a well-aritten and interesting chapter, where we get to see a lot more to JKR's world than she could take to time to do so, and with what looks to be a cog on the losse maybe, what is it with the obsession with Hermione? That was a sweet moment there with the spontaneous kiss, and can't wait ffor when the reality breaks through that they've always loved one another.Author's response
Thanx, as always, for reading and reviewing. At some point they are just going to say to each other, "Haven't we waited long enough?"
And the story rating will change. . .

Very nice chapter and the contrast between the investigation and the behavior of that one cognivore (anyone care to bet it's a nowhere-near-thoroughly wiped Karkaroff?) makes for a stimulating dissonance. I'd be prepared to wager that the cognivors that levitated out of the tank was/is the same as the one stalking Hermione and family.
Meanwhile, on the domestic side, you can see the two families growing together and starting to blend. We can hope that the blending will eventually fully bring Harry & Hermione together.Author's response
Hmmmm, how to answer this without giving away major plot points?
Spoiler alert
Yep, Sasha Karkaroff wasn’t exactly “erased.”
One of the floating cogs attacked Ron at the DoM.
That one is stalking Hermione.
The two families, predictably, will blend until they can’t see the boundaries anymore.
There will be sweet, sweaty snuggle bunnies in Harry and Hermione’s future.
Bad things will happen to good people.
The price of gas will increase over the summer.

I seem to recall another man with a possibly Bulgarian name aside Krum and Karkaroff, who also has some "history" with Hermione... am I close? :PAuthor's response
If you are thinking of Dolohov then you are correct, sir!

Hmm. Ok, Mr. Floaty Cog is obviously the Red Ribbon creature (why else would you mention him?)
- Now why does the evil entity have the hate on for Hermione?Author's response
Yep, definately cogs, as for why a hate-on for Hermione? Who did the brains possess? The brain blames Hermione and the rest of the DoM six for the end of it's family line.
Wait for it.
