Ha! I love this! Revenge is sweet. Oh, it really is. Finally, his ego backfires. I've always wanted that to happen to the real Gerard- as much as I love him. Egomaniacs simply must be taught a lesson.
Oh, Jesus, I sound like Marion...
Eep. I gotta run. Loved it, as usual.
- Hi there Sas,
I loved how Frankie coerced a full confession out of him. And it was for Ray.
I can't wait to see Mikey's revenge!!
It seems like the guys had a plan of their own. It seems to be working.
Bob and his shrink are just too cute together. I'm so looking forward to more!!
(#) thegayestgoth 2009-04-11oh, wow. i couldn't resist reviewing on that last one. i was going to read the whole story and give you full critics' review, but i couldn't resist! that was bloody brilliant! gerard's going to be in SOOOO much trouble now! eeek! this is delicious! it's bittersweet, like pennies in the mouth. and as much as i don't want to say, because i love gee so much---the real gerard---but sometimes i have to fast-forward through some of his interviews. i don't think the real gee is an egomaniac; gerard himself even mentioned that he gets sick of looking at his face. i sort of agree with nadialexandra, but mostly not. i dont say the real gee is an egomaniac. he justs loves himself, is very comfortable with himself, and most humans just aren't like that, so it's hard to handle when someone like the real gerard appears onstage. of course, the fact that gerard acts that way onstage and on the cameras is where you, the writer, obviously gets your inspiration from to write such delectable, mind-rotting literature. i'm loving it, hon! i'm lapping this stuff up like a nymphomaniac laps up ejaculatory fluid! i can't get enough of this, as i call it (but in the best way possible), "celebrity trash"!!! to all of you who say the real gee is an egomaniac, if the real gerard wasn't like that, we'd have nothing to read, nothing good to listen to, and most definitely no way to express our talents by writing these fanfictions we love to read so much! if gerard had never gotten off his butt, if 9/11 had never happened, where the hell would losers such as OURSELVES be? seriously. it's sad that it took terrorist attacks to happen, thousands killed in order for some nerdy art kid to get up and go form this band, the very same band we thrive to, that lead singer whom has gone out and been an absolute spectacle onstage, sucking every bit of the spotlight as the throngs of young people watch through eyes weighed down by eyeliner, screaming and fainting as they watch in awe at this magnificent person named gerard way, and his four best friends giving us these...these...PERFORMANCES, and in real life, the REAL gerard is nothing like that at all! i'd gotten a couple of messages from gerard on myspace, and for someone who could have all of his fans dancing in steet naked at a single word, gerard is amazingly humble. he's got a lot he could parade around, but our gerard would never DARE. but the way he acts onstage, how gerard gallavants like the village fool, these types of things give us inspiration to write stories. so think about it...it it hadn't been for osama bin laden, we'd never have anything to write about! so sassy, please contimue! i'm about to head for a wedding roght now, but i hope i can finish reading this magnificent mess!!! you rock, sister!
Author's responseWow! Huge review!! And you've been a busy reader too! Thanks for all the reviews.
Just to address your points about Gerard. I don't really think he's an egomaniac. I think he believes in what he does and he knows he's good at it - they all are. The stage persona, I'm fairly certain, is largely an act. I take on a different persona for stage myself (I'm in a band) as it helps me be the person I need to be to do that.
I don't think that the real Gerard is missing a few screws - I just like to write fiction. I keep to the basic character ideas and then branch out. In my little fiction world, apart from Such Bad Boys which is the prequel to this, Gerard is perfectly normal (within reason!) and is often the guy in trouble rather than causing it (although, I have noticed that Frank gets more than his fair share of woes).
Anyhoo - I'm glad you're enjoying it and thanks for al the reviews.
(#) _Amy_Revenge_ 2009-06-01Oh my goodness I can't believe I neglected this!! Forgive me?
I luff it! I'm so happy that there's a few more chapters for me to eat..quite literally L O L I live off your writing!
Poor Gerard...he did it again..and I have a feeling that he'll do it again! WOO!
And..Mikey should be entering in the next few chapters..possibly..am I correct?
Author's responseI dodn't want to give anything away, but Mikey may well make an appearance!
So pleased you're enjoying it!
