"Go away, I'm busy!" the young Elf said, gesturing toward the door, without raising his eyes from the parchment he had been busy scribbling on.
"But Feanaro... Can you fix it? It's broken..." the child whined, holding up a crippled wooden horse.
Feanaro huffed and turned around, glaring at his half-brother. But all his annoyance melted away the moment he saw Arafinwe's huge, azure eyes giving him a hopeful look, his flushed face and the pitiful way his little hands held the broken toy.
"All right..." Feanaro sighed, his features smoothed into a benignant expression. "Let me look at it."
