  I figured that Camera Lady thought Alixz's picture turned out surprisingly well for someone who bursts out laughing for no apparent reason.

  Um . . . by way of explaining Evie's comment . . . Alixz said "people are stupid," which carries the general implication that all of humanity has a low iQ, so Evie came along to defend the earthlings. XD
