Last night after school was awesome, I don't even remember haing a day like that in England. We were always laughing at stupid little things. They ended up staying for tea and my mum loves them. My mum also said yes about having my hair done. Scarlet told her what she was going to do but I still didn't know.

So this morning when I woke up I got dressed into some old clothes and pushed my hair up, seen as though today was the day my hair was going to get a new personality.

I ran downstairs and grabbed some breakfast quickly because Scarlet was picking me up soon. If I'm honest I'm scared about what she's going to do to my hair.

After I finished my breakfast there was a knock at the door. I ran to answer it.

"Why, good morning Scarlet." I joked with her.

"Your car is waiting Miss. Pattinson and if you leave now you won't be late for your hairdressers appointment." She joked as well. We both laughed at how weird that sounded.

"You know I'm scared about this?" I asked her and her smile got bigger.

"I can tell. Come on let's go." She said and we climbed into her car and set off.

I don't know why I was scared my hair looked fantastic. It was a slightly dark red with black streaks and it was in loose curls. I loved it, it suited me so much more than my natural hair.

"Thank you so much Scarlet. It's amazing." I thanked her.

"It's okay Iz you needed it." She told me, laughing.

Suddenly Leighton burst in. She looked really excited and about to burst with the news which is making her happy.

"Gig tonight, we have to take Iz." She was now jumping up and down.

"Definitely. It'll be funny. She could meet them." Scarlet agreed.

"I'll ask my mum when I go home later." I said to answer the question before it was asked.

"Ask her now she's downstairs with our mums." Leighton told us.

We all rushed downstairs to ask my mum if I'm allowed to go to the gig.

"Mum can I go to a gig tonight?" I asked her at speed.

"Of course just don't come home too late Iz. Love the hair by the way." She replied.

"Thanks and thanks." I said before we disappeared again.

At nine Scarlet and Leighton came and picked me up for the gig. When Scarlet beeped the horn I shouted "bye mum" and ran and jumped into her car.

"You ready for this Iz?" Leighton asked me turning round in her seat to face me better.

"Yes! I want to hear some of the local music." I answered her.

"Trust you'll love it." Scarlet said while pulling up outside the venue. We climbed out of the car and walked inside. We had perfect timing because the first band walked on stage after we entered.

As the gig went on I started to realise who Scarlet and Leighton were on about, because as we danced the group of three guys watched.

During a break for the stage to get set up for the next band we wnt and got drinks. As we approached the bar we noticed three guys stood there and I recognised them.

One guy was small with black hair and he was wearing skinny jeans and a misfits top. He wouldn't stop staring at Leighton and I realised this is the guy she's been throwing glances at all night.

Another looked like he was the middle sized of the three he was also wearing black skinnys' with a plain t-shirt and he had black hair. He was the one who couldn't take his eyes off Scarlet and she couldn't take her eyes off him.

The last guy was really tall, and he had glasses exactly the same as mine except his were black and white unlike mine which were black and purple, he had light brown hair as well. He was also wearing skinny jeasn, with a smashing pumpkins t-shirt and a unzipped jacket. He'd been looing in our direction since we walked through the door whenever I caught him that is.

we ignored them while we stood there talking but they walked over to us and started talking to us.

"Hey I'm Frank and this is Gerard and Mikey and you are?" The short guy introduced them. Gerard was the guy wearing the plain top and Mikey was the tall one.

"I'm Scarlet and this is Leighton and Iz." She introduced us. Franks' and Gerards' eyes lit up at hearing heir names. I sighed and rolled my eyes and the one named Mikey tried not to laugh.

"Care to dance with me and Frank?" Gerard asked Scarlet and Leighton. They nodded and walked off leaving me with Mikey.

"So, I've seen you before but I can't remember where form." I said sounding like an idiot.

"Me, my brother and Frank were in the coffee house the other day." He told me.

"Of course you were the guys sat by the computers." I remembered.

"Yeah that was us. The ones by the computers talking about gigs." He laughed.

I actually found myself liking this guy even though we've only just met. It's amazing how easy it is to smile when just saying a few words to him.
