׺ღArabella's POV׺ღ
I sat in the class room bored as the bell rung to first period. The first class I had was English. Uh, I hated English class because it was always boring, and the teacher, Miss Terene was a bitch. I looked up from were I was righting in my notebook and that's when I saw him enter the class room.
"Hi, I was told to give this to you." He told the teacher, handing him a pink slip.
Mis, Terene took it.
"Ah yes, Mr. Cobain, I've been expecting you. And you may notice you are ten minutes late." Miss, Terene told him.
"I'm sorry, but it's my first day and I didn't know where to go." Kurt explained.
"Yes, I see. Well class, this is Kurt Cobain. Kurt you may have a set next to." She started looking around. "How about Arabella." She said.
"Oh great a punk kid that's sitting by me now." I thought.
He came over and sat in the seat next to me. He looked at me, but then looked away. I looked back at him, but then looked away. I have to admit, he's not bad looking for a punk kid, blond hair, blue eyes, jeans that are torn and converse shoes.
He took out a notebook and started righting in it. I didn't pay much attention, but I noticed he kept staring at me. I should say hi, but maybe he doesn't want to be seen talking to a girl. The bell rung, Kurt grabbed his things fast and bolted out the door.
I didn't have no more classes with Kurt, only about two more, lunch and gym class, but I barely counted them as classes. Kurt didn't say anything at all to me. I guess he just didn't like hanging out with girls.
As I drove home all I can think about was the blond kid, why didn't I say hi, why didn't he, was he waiting for I did first, or what? I turned on the radio. I had to get my mind off of it quick. My cell phone ranged so I picked it up and answered it.
"Hey, Carly what's up?" I asked.
"Not a lot, just sitting here painting my nails."
"You called me up just to tell me you're painting you nails, that's real nice." I said, with a laugh.
"No silly, I was going to ask you. A lot of the gang and I are getting together for a movie Friday night, want to join?" She asked.
"Yeah, sure, I'd love to." I told her.
I could see her smiling.
"Great. And hey, if you get a date, bring him." She said, I smiled.
"Got to go." I told her, then hung up the phone.
The next day I came back to school, as usual. This time I was going to say hi to Kurt. I walked in and seen him sitting at his desk, so I walked over to mine, sat down and then put my bag on the floor.
"Hello." Came a voice.
I turned around and Kurt was staring at me. I pulled my hair back.
"Hi." I told him.
"Sorry I didn't say anything yesterday." He said, acting a little shy. I smiled.
"No, it's alright. I should have introduced myself." I told him.
He laughed.
"I'm Kurt, Kurt Cobain." He said.
"I'm Arabella." I told him.
He smiled.
"Well It's finally nice to met you Bella."
I looked at him. Did he just call me Bella? No one calls me that.
"No no, it's just Arabella." I corrected him.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I thought Bella would be shorter. You don't mind do you?" He asked.
"No, not at all."
The bell rung. I walked out of class.
"Hey Bella?" Kurt yelled.
I turned around.
"Yeah." I answered.
"How about we hang out after school?"
"Sure, I'd love to." I told him.
I turned back around smiling as I walked.
After school I stood by the brick wall waiting for Kurt.
"Hey there you are." I screamed as I turned around.
"Kurt, dam you scared me." I yelled at him, he laughed.
"I'm sorry, here, let me help you up." He said, helping me up.
"Where do you want to go?" I asked.
"Lets just walk around town. I was suppose to met two friends of mine, but they bailed." Kurt said.
"Really, that's a shame."
"Nah it's cool. I can finally hang out with you."
I smiled.
"Hey you going home anytime soon?" He asked.
I shook my head.
"No why?" I asked.
He grabbed my hand and then we both started running. We walk up to a two story house.
"Where are we?" I asked.
"This is my house." Kurt said.
"Why are we here?" I asked.
"I don't know, just thought I'd come home." Kurt said.
I looked at him.
"Kurt, if you wanted to come here, I could have drove us."
He raised his eyebrows.
"You drive?"
"Yeah." I said.
"Wish I had someone to teach me." He said.
I looked at him and frowned. He grabbed my hand and pulled me inside.
"Wow this is nice." I told him.
"Thanks." He said, dropping his school bad in the corridor.
He ran into the kitchen and took something out to eat.
"Dam I'm starving." He said, making a sandwich.
I came over and sat down.
"Didn't you each at school?" I asked.
"No way. I don't eat school food."
I looked surprised.
"But you should." I told him.
He looked away from me.
"Hey come on." He said, dragging me upstairs.
We entered what it seems like is his room.
"Wow." I said.
He laid down on his bed.
"Hey you alright?" I asked.
"Yeah, just my stomach hurts." He said.
"Yeah, probably because you haven't had anything to eat all day."
He sat up.
"Yeah probably." He said, I can tell he was kind of lying.
"Hey, did you finish the homework assignment for English?" He asked.
"No not yet."
"Would you like to do it together?"
"Sure." I said.
He ran downstairs and grabbed his bag.
