Another thing I just felt like doing.
Well, I couldn't tell you.
Why she felt that way? She felt it everyday.
And I couldn't help her,
I just watched her make the same mistakes again!
I was so worried about Charlotte. She was different, she wouldn't talk to me, and I didn't know what to do. I had to go and talk to someone, but the only person I have other than her and my best friend. He didn't get on well with her, he asked her out once and she rejected him. I went to him regardless.
"Keith. Charlotte's down again." I said down the phone. I know I can't tell him about the little details, her family neglecting and abusing her, and all the other things she is going through.
"What's happened?" He asked, a little bit of emotion in his voice, but not much.
"I can't say. But you need to help her." I pleaded,
"If you don't tell me what's wrong. I can't help." He said, sounding kinda annoyed at me again.
"Never mind." I hung up on him and cried, Charlotte being like this made me feel so shitty. She was running away from home again, and I couldn't convince her to go to someone, not to run, to talk. But she wouldn't listen. She just made the same mistakes over and over.

I cried myself to sleep eventually. But then I was woken up my my phone, i checked the screen and it was Charlotte. I picked it up in a flash. She told me about her latest plans, her problems. I tried to help, I really really did. But she was makeing it really hard.

She was now living on the streets again, I tried going to people about it, but no-one listened, I tried helping her and she shifted from me. She wouldn't let me even dry her eyes when I tried. She was so broken. It was breaking me.

Keith had told me how much she had hurt him by rejecting him. I couldn't tell him why she had done it, she didn't want him to share her pain. But now he can't even remember what he left behind, his feelings for her, and his nice personality. Now he was a horrible person to everyone. I didn't want to know him anymore.

And that's how she ended up on the streets, and I came about to be here with you, a ghost. It's funny how one fucked up family can cause a runaway, a suicide and a horrible boy. And suicide helps nothing. Now she really has nowhere to wipe her eyes. Aren't we all lost inside.
