Moves become undone
And redone once again
Once again, repeat the same lines
To have them work again.

No one remembers
The way you impressed and scored back there.
Does anyone really care?

So apply your makeup just to smear it.
Put your clothes on just to tear them.
Another move, you grin and bear it
And do it all again.
All this making up to become natural, natural again.

This bed holds a secret
Someday you'll let it go.
Tell your friends all something
They already know.

Its not a secret
The way you charmed that boy back then
And how you'd do it again.

So apply your makeup just to smear it.
Put your clothes on just to tear them.
Another move, you grin and bear it
And do it all again.
All this making up to become natural, natural again.

Its not a secret (natural, natural)
Its not a secret (natural, natural)
What you did in the dark
The black hole of your heart.

Apply your lipstick
Put on your clothes
Grin and bear it...
Apply your makeup just to smear it.
Put your clothes on just to tear them.
Another move, you grin and bear it
And do it all again.
All this make up
All this work
All this shit
Just to become natural, natural again.
