  I see what you mean now but yes, totally independant and not just that, I wrote my last chapter of ALL16CC... without realising that you'd had Beckett's mansion burn down too! Weird! But our stories are so different in other ways that no one would think we'd taken ideas anyway.
  
  Great chapter! Explains so much and makes what is probably about to happen at the compound so much worse knowing Beckett's still alive and out for revenge. Silent revenge at that :(

  lol the funny part is, I THOUGHT I posted in the last bits of Almost Sunrise that I had burnt down the mansion, but looking back on the chaps, I didn't lol. I did have this chap typed up though, BEFORE you had even finished up ALL16C, so it's just funny to me how we would both think of the somewhat same thing. And yeah, our stuff is a bit different from each other, thankfully. We wouldn't want people thinking we were copying each other lol I already have one copycat, but I'll be nice not to post her name. She copied my bits from Stoner Dreams and Afternoon Creams. I was quite pissed when I saw it. I nearly reported her... If she keeps on copying my things then maybe, I dunno...
  
  But thank you for thinking it was a great chapter! I love it when people like my stuff.
  
  I wanted to do a chapter explaining things, but doing one this far in was a bit tricky for me when I wrote it, because I didn't want to give anything away, but at the same time I wanted to explain how in the sam hell Beckett is still a live, and who would help him out when the entire community is supposed to be looking down on him and his late coven. So I did it as best as I could, even though that much italics killed me lol.
  
  Yeah, some pretty wicked stuff is about to go down at the compound from what I have written and waiting to be posted. I didn't want to do the silent part, but the way I see it, people always have bad guys coming back to finish the job because the good guy won out of luck. He's seen that they can come together and form an attack to kill him, so he should just let it be, right?
  
  He has a reason for revenge. His coven is gone, his home is gone, and even worse, so is his voice. There is one more thing, but that'll be mentioned in future chapters lol.
  
  Well, I just did a long ass reply lol. I'm ending it lol.

  I did bring him back lol but oh noes no talking for hims. And actually, as per what Deacon was sensing, you got it right =) It was intended as the feeling you get prior to something bad happening, but Beckett coming back to life IS something bad happening in this case =)
