Itachi looked at his younger brother, he already had a bruise on the right side of his chest from when his brother punched him, his dark hair was lose ending at his shoulder and his lip still had a bit of blood "Would you like anything else Sasuke-Sama?" he asked with a small bow
Sasuke looked at his older brother disgusted " Yeah, get me something to drink, I am thirsty" he said coldly as the blanket cover his chest only his dark hair which stop at his neck showing and his dark cold eyes.
"What type of drink?" he asked softly, His brother glared at him " Anything, now hurry!" with that said Sasuke threw a bottle at him which hit his head and made it bleed, he flinch then bow once more and got up heading toward the kitchen in only his boxer.
He took out the orange juice and got some for his younger brother, he licked his lip returning to the room and giving the drink to his brother "I got you Orange juice Sasuke-sama"
Sasuke slapped Itachi across the face hard and growled then took the orange juice and took a sip, he scolded and threw the cup to the wall" It to cold, and it taste horrible" he got up and grabbed his older brother by the hair, he pulled his brother to his knee and said coldly " you should get punish" then he kicked Itachi stomach and smirk when he saw pain cover his older brother face.
He took out a dagger and smirk sitting on Itachi hips now " I'll punish you" he whisper in the older boys ears then made a small cut on Itachi chest, he licked the blood slowly as he made another larger slash now on his older brother stomach.
He felt his brother shiver and close his eyes" P-Punish me...punish me....Sa...Sasuke-Sama" he made a deeper cut on Itachi stomach and then stab him " I want to hear your pain" he said coldly as he stab Itachi shoulder with a growl and started twisting the blade inside with a smirk he heard his older brother scream
"You are pathetic" Sasuke told him as he got up already bored with his brother, he took out the dagger and licked the blood then he gave one final kick to Itachi and left the room to go to the shower.
Itachi lay there in agony, god his shoulder burn, he saw the red liquid forming a small puddle and closed his eyes that was full of pain "I am just...a butterfly with broken...wings" he mumbled and sighed
