I am amused by Rinoa's self-congratulation when she describes what she has done for Irvine. It seems very like her to manage to be so cheerful even in the midst of the terrible events going on around her.
I find the little details that you include interesting, such as the fact that Rinoa refers to general Caraway as her "father" instead of "that man" now that he has been executed.
