  the last time the webmaster updated us was ages ago and he was complaining about his G/F wanting him to spend more time with her rather than on a stupid web site or some such crap.

  In many ways it would probably have been better if the site hadn't been renewed, than someone else could get the it it, and get it up and running in a better way. As it is the only thing that the renewal changed is that instead of a quick death Ficwad continues to die a very slow death.

  Personnaly, i prefer this website to thoses recommended here instead. Even without the story search feature.
  
  I agree it would be very useful, but really, do you find it confortable to read in a website which is all in black? And i'm not really fan of the search feature in those either. The one who has the best is FF.net, but it is understable, they've got ads, which means getting paid.
  
  For those of you which understand how it is done, why don't you put your hands in it?
