"Yeah well she hasn't noticed anything different... Nope... I won't tell her I promise!" Joe sighed. He stood there in kitchen, talking to Cyrinda on the phone. Elyssa was in the bathroom, taking a shower.
"Are you sure?" She asked
"Babe I promise! I won't tell anybody about us, I don't go around telling everybody this type of stuff." Joe said and then lit a cigarette "You can trust me."
Joe nearly dropped the phone when he heard the front door knocking.
"What was that? Joe... Joe?"
"What? Oh sorry, Someone is at the front door and I don't wanna go answer."
"Then don't"
"If I don't then Elyssa will give me another stupid ass lecture."
"Go answer, you can call me some other time." She sighed
Joe sighed and replied "Okay I'll call you later then."
"Are you and Elyssa going to be doing anything tonight?"
"No why?"
"I want to see you, is there anyway you can come see me?"
"I'll find a way."
"Okay well go answer the door, don't keep them waiting!"
Joe sighed "Okay, I'm going to hang up.... Love you...."
"I love you too"
"Bye" Joe said
"Bye" She said. Then he heard the line click. He set the phone down and walked towards the door. He opened it and saw Steven standing there with a smirk on his face.
"Is she here?" Steven asked.
"Who?"
"Elyssa"
"Oh... I thought you were... Never mind... Yeah she's here, She's taking a shower"
"Did she just get in?"
"Nope, she should be out by now"
Steven sighed and rolled his eyes "Damn."
"You wanna come in?"
Steven shook his head "No, I don't wanna cause trouble."
"Did you come here hoping to get laid?"
"No why?"
"Well you asked me if she was here, I said yes, and seems like you wanna leave."
"Oh well I just want to hang out but you know how it is when Elyssa is around me!" Steven rolled his eyes "Can we hang out later?"
"How?"
"Just say you're going to the studio to record songs or something..."
Joe thought about it and nodded his head "Okay, what time do you wanna meet?"
Steven shrugged his shoulders "I don't know. How about 11 or 12?"
"I don't know if she'll let me go but whatever. Wait, Are we going to meet at the studio?"
Steven nodded his head "Yeah!"
"Oh okay" He heard the water turn off in the bathroom "Do you wanna stay?"
"Nah" Steven put his hands in his jean pockets "I'm going to go now, see ya!"
"Bye" Joe said and closed the door....
