“What did you do with the body?” asked Gerard. He didn’t really care what happened to that disgusting man, but he wanted to make sure that he was at least disposed of correctly. The last thing he wanted was people asking questions. He didn’t need anyone catching on to anything that happened in this house.
“Let’s just say he’s a little bit all over the place” smiled Bob from the couch. He was used to helping Gerard clean up, hell; he’d been doing it ever since they met. Of course, he didn’t do it all for free.
“You sick fuck” replied Gerard.
“That coming from you is barely even an insult” chuckled Bob.
“Barely” agreed Gerard. In all the time he’d known Bob he’d never once questioned him, or the way he handled things. In a slightly twisted poetic sense, they were a perfect match. “I’m going to go get some shit from the store, I’ll be back in an hour or so” he added.
“Sure, I’ll watch her Gee” said Bob, flicking the channel on the TV.
Gerard left without another word. He trusted Bob and that was all there was to it.

I rubbed my eyes, trying to get the grogginess from sleep out. I wanted my head to be clear, but it was swarming with thoughts from all the events that I had been witness too. I needed to try to sort the events out, to put them in order so that I could at least have some perception of how long I had been here, or of what was going on.
I sat up in the bed. The room was still dark, but there was light coming from under the door. It was enough light for me to make out that the room had a bed and an arm chair in it, nothing else. There were no windows, no pictures, just a door.
The clothes I was wearing were different, they were not my own. The shirt I was wearing was at least three sizes too big, and my underwear was gone.
I rubbed at my eyes again.
It felt like only yesterday I was at work, struggling to get through the mountain of paperwork with a pounding headache. The headache hadn’t gone away.
The next thing I knew, I was at home, standing in my own house, shocked to my very core. The images of Daniel and Melanie, naked and in my bed caused my headache to get even worse. I bit my lip and tried to concentrate.
The next thing I knew I was here, in this room. How long had it been? Was anyone worried about me? What about Daniel, were they looking for him? I didn’t know if he was really dead, or that was just another lie. My head continued to pound as I tried to make sense of everything that was going on.
The door to the room opened, the flooding of light caused my eyes to sting.
“Good you’re awake” said a voice, one I hadn’t heard before. “I brought you some water, doctor’s orders” they continued. My eyes adjusted to the light. The voice belonged to a person I had never seen before, a big guy who looked like he shouldn’t be messed with.
He handed me a glass of water. I gulped it down, suddenly realizing how thirsty I was.
“Where am I?” I asked.
“Nice try” he smiled, taking the empty glass off me. “Sorry love, no dice” he added getting up. He left the room, closing the door, once again leaving me in darkness. I close my eyes in vain, hoping my headache would just disappear. I wanted this nightmare to disappear. This was not like me, this was nothing like me.

“How’s she doing?” asked Gerard, walking into the lounge where he had left Bob a few hours earlier.
“Perfectly fine” he replied with a shrug. “I gave her some water; she seems a lot stronger than the others”.
“Yeah” replied Gerard. “She’s nothing like the others, part of her charm”.
“What took you so long anyway?” asked Bob, taking his attention off the TV and focusing his gaze on Gerard.
“I stopped to see Mikey” replied Gerard. There was no use keeping secrets form Bob, he could read Gerard like an open book and he always knew when he was lying. They were perfect for each other.
“How’s he doing?” asked Bob. He knew Mikey was a touchy subject for Gerard, he always had been. Mikey was Gerard’s younger brother, and the only family he had left.
“They think he might be getting worse” shrugged Gerard, trying to not show how horrible he felt. “He didn’t even remember me today” he added softly.
“There’s still a chance he could recover though, right?” asked Bob. He was always the voice of optimism for Gerard.
“I don’t know” shrugged Gerard. “I suppose, but it’s not likely. Or, at least, after today I don’t think it is likely”.
They both sat in silence, pretending their attention was on the TV.
“I guess I better get to work breaking the girl in” he laughed to himself. In truth, he just wanted to release some much built up steam, he wanted to release it the only way he knew how.

I rolled over in the bed, pulling the covers closer to me, trying to keep myself protected from the dark cold air.
“Good to see you’re awake” his voice broke the silence I was becoming so accustomed to. I let my eyes drift over to where he sat, the light from his cigarette once again lighting up his face.
“I have a proposition for you sugar, a rather nice one. However, as you know, you must obey my rules, failure to do so will result in death. I don’t want to have to kill you” he said, taking another long drag from his cigarette. “If you promise to behave yourself for the next few hours, you’ll get a nice reward. I promise”. Again he took a drag from his cigarette, I just watched him, trying to take in his face. I didn’t know if it was the face of good or evil.
“I never break my promises” he added. I shivered at the sound of his voice.

Bob set to work preparing dinner. Usually he and Gerard took care of their own meals, rarely eating together. Tonight however was different.
Bob wasn’t sure if she was ready for this, but Gerard seemed to think she was. It didn’t matter; it was always Gerard’s way. He called the shots. Bob was more just the muscle. Not that he minded, he knew what his strengths were and besides, this arrangement he had with Gerard sure did have its perks.
This was her first meal in five days, so Bob wanted to make sure it was at least a decent one. The last thing he or Gerard needed right now was another person getting sick or worse, dying.

The hot water cascaded down my body, and despite my situation, I relaxed into the stream of constant warmth. I closed my eyes and just let the water wash over, I let it wash everything away.
“Don’t get too lost in there sugar” his voice interrupted me. “This is only half your reward” his smile made me light headed. I looked over at him and tried not to blush at him watching me. His eyes screamed desire as they soaked up every inch of my body in front of him.
He watched me silently as I washed my hair and body, trying to scrub myself clean of the events that clouded my head. I scrubbed at my skin, trying to get myself clean.
I felt his hand remove the bar of soap from my hand. “I think that’s enough” he said softly. I bit my lip as I felt the rest of his body so close to mine. I turned and felt myself crumple in his arms, clinging to his wet frame.
His lips grazed my head, his arms surrounding me. He seemed so much gentler than before. Just as I thought I was safe with him, he pushed me against the cold tiled wall.
“You don’t know what you’re getting yourself into” he growled into my ear. “Why don’t you give up like the rest?” he asked, his body pressed against mine. “Daniel gave up so quickly, they always give up. You, you refuse to, I guess I’ll show you just how bad things can get” he continued. I didn’t reply, I had nothing to say to him, all I did was push my lips to his. Nothing makes sense anymore, and I no longer cared. I just wanted him.
He didn’t fight me, he just pressed himself into me even more, intensifying the kiss. His hands roamed my body, his nails scraping over my skin. There was no love in this, no feelings, just lust and want. I dug my nails into his back, causing him to bite down on my lip. He smiled, a sinister smile, “oh sugar, you have no idea what you’ve just gotten yourself into” he growled, his hand gripping my neck. I heard the sound of his pants hit the floor; his wet shirt still clung to him. He roughly spread my legs, I didn’t resist. “You may live to regret this” he said, pushing himself into me. The only thing I could do was gasp in response.
“What did you do with the body?” asked Gerard. He didn’t really care what happened to that disgusting man, but he wanted to make sure that he was at least disposed of correctly.
