I LOVED this one!
It's not the first time that an author have used Hermione's parents to instill fear, but to add Fatalis in this and call him too weak to be a dentist: THIS was pure genius!
(I do wonder if he really knew Fatalis, or if he just picked one of their enemies at random to scare him...)
