I like the story so far. The only thing that bothers me is that Harry is too young to be Alfred.

Methinks Harry is not going to like what he finds out concerning his friends, all of his friends; though I suspect he may well right a few wrongs on his way out of town. I rather suspect going with the Waynes is going to look far, far better now. Considering that this is a younger Alfred and a just-born Bruce, the ages don't seem that far apart; 'sides, we really don't know how old Alfred is in the comics.
