Okay, you've got a near-canon!Harry and his sister from a rather different universe both wishing complimentary wishes and a trans-dimension "diety" who's willing to grant those wishes to bring them together. If the near-canon!Harry replaces his equivalent, I can see things getting rather "interesting" as the personality differences will show up right quickly as will the attitude differences. It has the potential for being quite a wild ride for all concerned.In Search of a Family: Two Dimensions to the Left

This story has some real possibilities, although I agree with Cateagle, it seems like the most obvious progression is for the Harry we know and love to go to the altUniverse where he can care for his little sister.
