  I like your portrayal of Lavender. Much better than the cliched Divination-Obsessed Blonde Bimbo.
  And I can easily see Weasleys mistakenly blaming Harry instead of admitting that Percy betrayed his family.

  Hmm, interesting story. I'm still not sure HarryXGinny would work though, I think H/Hr has a better chance of working out, particularly here, since you've described the thing with Percy....
