There aren't enough stories when Malfoy gets what he deserves. I think seeing him in the Epilogue was a final demonstration that the justice doesn't exist in Potterverse.Last Rites

Draco deserved much worse than he got. Too bad so many good people were destroyed by a snivelly (sp) coward.
The problem is the roots of the disease still exist
